You don't need to understand complicated forms, applications or systems before coming to us. We can help you navigate them and explore the support that may be available to you.
We can support you with things such as:
- Registering for a Cumbria Choice Based Lettings account
- Support with housing applications
- Applying for Council Tax Reduction
- Support with Universal Credit
- Help with budgeting and managing your money
- Identifying support that may be available if you're struggling financially
- Making referrals to appropriate organisations for specialist debt support
- Supporting you with ongoing referrals and accessing other services
You don't have to sort everything out on your own.
If we aren't the right organisation to deal with a particular issue, we can help you identify who may be able to help and support you with the next steps.
