Gateway 4 Women is a not-for-profit organisation offering a warm, safe and women-only space for women aged 18+ across Cumbria.
Whether you're experiencing difficulties with your mental health, housing, relationships, finances, domestic abuse, isolation or other challenges, we're here to support you.

One-to-One Support
A safe, private and non-judgemental space to chat, offload and have someone listen.
Emotional Wellbeing
Courses and activities focused on personal development, confidence, self-discovery and healthy relationships.
Domestic Abuse Support
Educational programmes and support for women who have experienced, or may be experiencing, domestic abuse.
Connection & Belonging
Friendly opportunities to meet other women, try activities, build connections and feel part of a community.
Housing & Practical Support
Help navigating housing applications, benefits, budgeting and accessing appropriate specialist support.
